Our Shipping Policy
How We Do It
We currently ship to United States, including US territories and Canada. We only use two shipping methods: Local PickUp and USPS Priority Shipping. Since it's just me doing most of the packing and shipping (ok, my wisband helps sometimes,) I generally package and ship orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but there can be delays during higher volume seasons like Christmas and Yule.
While we're actively looking to reduce shipping costs US orders have a minimum rate of $9 and Canada orders have a minimum rate of $26 regardless of weight. Orders should arrive within 2 to 4 business days anywhere in the continental US and 6 to 10 business days in Canada.
Orders received on Tuesdays and Thursdays before noon central time will be able to get same day shipping via USPS Priority Mail.
USPS Priority Mail generally takes 2-3 days. Shipping time may be delayed during high volume seasons like Christmas and Yule.

Our eGift Card Policies & Terms
eGift cards may be redeemed online only. Purchases are deducted from the egift card balance up to its balance. Any unused balance will be available for a later purchase. Local exchange rates apply.
If an order exceeds the amount of the gift card, the balance must be paid with a credit card or other form of payment. Gift card redemption CANNOT be combined with PayPal payment.
The recipient will receive an email with a code to be used for redemption. The code is case sensitive.
Unless required by law, gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
ImagineSoap & ImagineTea ATX is not responsible for lost or stolen egift cards or card that are used without authorization, so please safeguard your egift card code!
ImagineSoap & ImagineTea ATX is not responsible and will not redeem the balance on gift cards purchased from any unauthorized third party, such as eBay or Craigslist.
Our Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase in any way, we want to make it better. Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns of unused or unopened products within 14 days of the order ship date or pickup date.
Our Refund Policy
We have a 14 day full money back guarantee. If you are not pleased with your purchase, please return your items for a full refund or replacement at your option. All items must be unopened and unused. If products are returned and do not qualify for a refund, and the customer wants the items back, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
